Managed extensive exterior infrastructure repairs for a publicly traded hotel group's laundry facility, covering milling, paving, striping, and drainage.

Oversaw a comprehensive site rework, including milling, paving, curbing, sidewalk construction, relocation of handicap parking, full ADA compliance, and drainage improvements on both the property and adjacent city-owned street.
High-End Luxury Brand Retailer
Facilitated the removal and replacement of 100,000 sq ft of racking, a conveyor system, and computerized merchandise picking equipment. Additionally, MBS managed the reorganization of the remaining 275,000 sq ft of warehouse space to enhance operational efficiency.
Warehouse Clearance for Luxury Retailer
Managed the complete white-walling and clearance of a separate facility, including the removal of Class A office spaces, furniture, kitchen equipment, and other assets.
